Search for a Facility
You can search through the available document from any of the fields or in any combination. You can put in a partial name in the Facility Name or Street Address field and the portal will start to display a select list where you can easily choose a facility (see Figure 2). To search for a facility, enter data into one or more of the fields:
•Facility Name - this is common name of the facility
•Street Address - this is the address of the facility
•City - the City to search
•Zip - the Zip Code you wish to search
•All Documents - this drop-down will let you choose a document type. A pop-up will let you know what that document type represents.
•Any Time Period - this drop-down will allow you choose some common options
•APN - this is the Assessor's Parcel Number of the address (format as 123-12345 or 12312345)
To search for document(s):
Step 1: enter data into one or more fields
Step 2: Click on the Search button
You will then see a Facility Records Results page. Facility Records Results
